Shipping & Delivery
**How long does it take to receive your order?**
We are committed to delivering the goods ordered on [www.braze.be](http://www.braze.be) as quickly as possible after receiving your payment. The estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 working days.
During the launch period, delivery times may be slightly longer — please allow between 5 to 10 working days.
**Where do we deliver and what are the delivery fees?**
We deliver worldwide. In Belgium and France, delivery is free.

Our company is proudly based in Belgium, specifically in Liège. We are a local business committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. Where do your products come from?
At BRAZE, we select high-quality materials, primarily sourced from Asia, known for their strength and durability. These materials are carefully chosen to ensure products that stand the test of time.
Assembly and finishing of each product are carried out in our workshop in Hannut, Belgium, where every step of the manufacturing process is handled with great care and in accordance with the highest standards.
This allows us to offer you products that combine performance, aesthetics, and longevity.
Who delivers my item?
Deliveries in Belgium are handled by our trusted transport partner, with whom we’ve been working for over two years. For these deliveries, you will not receive a tracking number, but our carrier will contact you directly by phone to arrange a delivery time that suits you.
For deliveries outside Belgium, we work with FedEx. In this case, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
What are the delivery hours?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
I made a mistake with my address, what should I do?

Returns & Refunds
What happens if I’m not satisfied with my product?
If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it within **30 days** of receiving it. We will issue a full refund as soon as the item has been returned and inspected in its original condition.

If you notice that the returned product is damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately. To help us process your request quickly, we kindly ask you to send us photos of the damage or missing parts. This will allow us to respond efficiently and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
Will my refund be issued to the same payment method used for the order?
Yes, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for your original order. You will receive the amount within 5 to 7 working days.
